Guarantee Policy:

2) Accurate Description and Hidden Damages: Our guarantee covers cases of incorrect item description or concealed damages not visible in provided pictures.
3) Transport Damage Coverage (if insured): In the event of damage during transport (if the item is insured), it is also covered by our guarantee.
Claim Process: If, for any reason, the item is found to be not original, inaccurately described, or damaged in transport (if insured), please inform us within 30 days of the item’s arrival to initiate a full refund.
Return Conditions: Refunds will be processed upon the safe return of the item in the same condition it was sold. In cases of transport damage, insurance will cover the refund. Shipping costs and additional fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Refunds will only be issued for the specified reasons (non-original, incorrect description, or transport damage). Reasons such as a change of mind are not considered valid for returns.
